Microsoft® Office System Partner Solution Builder Contest Grand Prize Winner – 2003

Microsoft announced Impact Technologies Group as a Prize Period 1 Winner for the Microsoft Office Partner Solution Builder Contest . Impact's solution represents the best display of Microsoft Office System product use, integration and business value.

The Microsoft judges ranked and weighted the solution according to the following criteria:

• 40 percent for the use of Microsoft ® Office System software (Microsoft Office Word 2003, Microsoft Office Excel 2003, Microsoft Office Outlook ® 2003, Microsoft Office PowerPoint ® 2003, etc.)
• 10 percent for alignment with Microsoft's Go-To-Market strategies (e.g. Business Intelligence, Communication and Collaboration, etc.)
• 20 percent for the use of new Office System functionality, XML, Web Services, and the .NET Framework
• 20 percent for the solution's stage of maturity with respect to conceptualization, development, and customer deployment
• 10 percent for the solution's application to specific industries (e.g. manufacturing, financial services)
